Executive Pastor
Annaliese has been part of C3 Church Ballina since the third service in February 2002. She is on staff full time as the Executive Pastor, overseeing a number of departments including connect groups and pastoral care. She also hosts FREE, a conference for young women which is a highlight of our church calendar every year. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Environmental Resource Management), a Graduate Diploma of Education, and has just completed a Master of Arts, specialising in Leadership. Aside from collecting pieces of paper, she enjoys hiking, outrigger canoeing, kayaking and travelling.

Youth Pastor
Evan is possibly the coolest youth pastor on the planet, even though he drinks caramel lattes. He has been a member of C3 Church Ballina since 2003, spent two years at C3 College in Sydney and then returned in 2009 to lead SG Youth. On staff one day per week, Evan also works for Rip Curl in Byron Bay. He makes mean sushi and can often be found surfing.
kim & bethany tyson
Young Adults Pastors
Kim & Bethany lead CHANGE, our young adults ministry which occurs on the second Tuesday of every month. Kim spent a year at C3 College in Sydney in 2005 before returning to Ballina to marry Bethany. He is now studying social science at SCU and working with at-risk youth. Bethany is happily expecting their first baby!

C3KIDS Preschool "ROCKERS" Pastor
Jade Johnston, her husband Cameron, and their 3 children have attended C3 Ballina for 5 years. Jade has a Bachelor of Education and has taught special education and music in primary schools in Queensland. The Johnstons moved back to the northern rivers to be closer to both their families and the region which they love. Jade has a heart for young kids and loves having fun with them. ROCKERS gives her plenty of opportunities to be crazy and creative. She considers it an honour to spend time teaching preschoolers about Jesus in the ROCKERS classroom. Jade is especially passionate about making church a great place for young families.

C3KIDS K-6 "PUMP" Coordinator
A born and bred Sydney girl, Bria saw the light in 2006 and made the change for a better life up north with her husband Stephen, and now three children. With a degree and experience in Education and Theatre Studies, she looks forward to helping families be equipped to train the next generation to be God’s warriors. A passionate believer in the importance of Children and Family ministry as a key outreach strategy, and a verdant lover of organising and programming, Bria relishes the opportunity to coordinate the C3 Kids PUMP program. For stress relief she enjoys planning degustation dinners and adding to her growing collection of books.
luke halvorsen
Music Director
Luke is a born and bred Ballina boy, and has been involved with C3 Church Ballina since its inception. His passion is to see creative, contemporary music played and composed in the church. Luke works as a consultant setting up business software systems by day and as a specialist touch football coach in his spare time. Or so he likes to call it. Luke has been married to Kirrilly since 2006.
pam eggins
PA to Senior Ministers
Pam has been Ps. Jeff & Carolyn's PA since 2002. She is married to John, mother of three and "Nanny" to two beautiful grandkids. Pam has been involved in practically every area of church life over the years and has a passion for building the house of God here on the Northern Rivers. Her favourite way to relax usually involves shopping, preferably in Singapore.
